A new approach to modifying a '69 firebird

A new approach to modifying a '69 firebird

The stock front grille on a ‘69-’70 Firebird you either love it or hate it. I always thought that there was room for improvement, no offense to fans of the car. I loved the nose on the ‘68-’69 GTO’s with the disappearing headlights. So I used a ’’67-’68 Firebird bumper to achieve a similar look.

I figure that a cut down ‘67 Grand Prix grill and light door assembly would fit. anyway if you have a ‘69 Firebird, you want to do something different with. Heres an idea.

Vast improvement on the front end! Someone needs to build this. I have never been a real big fan of the 69 front end(always liked the 67-68). Pontiac should have offered the hidden headlight option on the Bird as well as the GTO. Great rendering!
