History of this Vehicle

This car was going to be a car I called the Enforcer being built by Starlite Rod & Kustom in Torrance, CA but the owner ran out of money after the stock market crash in 2008, so the car was parked under a tarp since then.

I went in and asked about the car on Friday the 19th of Feb, and a deal was made, I brought the car home on the 22nd of Feb.

Plans for this Vehicle

I’m keeping those a secret for now but it will be a different design approach to a Pro Touring car.
