Well, it’s finally finished. The 1/24th scale E.J. Potter (The Michigan Madman) number 7 bike was completed last night. This was quite a challenging build as I had to hand fabricate the entire frame and all the detail items like the side cover, gas tank, seat, motor mounts, cables, injectors, clutch and headers just make note of a few. The only part that I was able to reuse from the Harley die cast was a portion of the front forks. This represents the last bike that E.J. rode, as I mentioned in a previous blog and the real bike will be at Cobo Hall in Detroit for the Autorama Show on the last weekend in February. I’ll have more on that 3 car garage that I’m doing later as it is now on hold while I take care of some health issues.
Stay tuned,
more to come,
Phil
