About
This car body was built from flat sheet on a step 2 class in Metal Shaping, most panel was made in 5 days by 3 students and most of them was tackweld together.
Door window frames and roof is made by Lazze.
The material, the flat sheet for a body like this is about $400 the rest is labor and that’s a lots of hours in to this, but if you do it by your self you can be proud of your self what you have done and just think about all the experience you going to have from doing a project like this from flat sheet.
Remember four things that you can do to a sheet of metal:
You can cut
You can bend
You can shrink
You can stretch
That’s all you can do to a sheet of metal.
