Whitelinedesign. com is now accepting applications for 2009 sponsorships. If you are interested in having a sponsorship (whether it is for a racecar, a car show, an event, an organization, or “whatever”), please forward the following information to info@whitelinedesign.com:

1.) Contact Name & information.

2.) What you want sponsored (event, racecar, tournament, etc.)

3.) Expected audience (for example, how many people will attend the event, or if a racecar, how many races will you participate in, and which tracks you will race at).

4.) If sponsorship is for a racecar, please give us a brief history of your accomplishments. If for an event, please give us information about the event, such as a website address where we can research the event and determine if it will be a good match).

5.) What you are seeking (i.e., lettering for your car, decals, banners, t-shirts, etc.)

6.) A brief summary of how you plan to market for whitelinedesign. com (please, don’t tell us your trailer is a “rolling billboard”...it may be true, but we’ve heard it hundreds of times!).

7.) Any additional information you feel would help us decide if you would be a good match for our business (for example, indicating that your event will be televised, or that you have been or will be in national magazines, etc.).

8.) Be creative and don’t be afraid to have a sense of humor in writing your proposal (our company is all about creativity and individualism.) Also, proper grammar is an enormous plus. You may include pictures if you’d like.

We receive a huge amount of requests for sponsorships, so we felt offering applications would be the most fair way to approach sponsorship awards. Our goal is to have our sponsorships spread throughout a wide geographic area, so don’t be afraid to apply if you aren’t in the west-central Ohio area. Up to ten sponsorships will be awarded, so be sure to get your applications in soon (please note that levels and values of sponsorships will vary—whitelinedesign.com will be the sole determiner of sponsorship values awarded). We reserve the right to award more (or less than) 10 sponsorships. Applications will be accepted beginning now through December 1, 2008.

And congratulations to Josh Sage, who has been awarded our first 2009 sponsorship. Josh has a very impressive record of race wins, as well as a track championship to his credit. In addition to racing in two different divisions at Shadybowl Speedway, Josh works very hard to market whitelinedesign.com, and has brought dozens of customers to us. The entire Sage Racing team is always promoting whitelinedesign. com in a very positive way, and we certainly appreciate it! Simply put, Josh doesn’t just have our decals on his racecars…he “sells” us at every given opportunity.

This is the only opportunity to have a whitelinedesign.com sponsorship in 2009…once all sponsorships have been awarded, we will not accept any new applications.

If you know of a racer or event organizer who would be interested in potential sponsorships, you may repost this message.
