The 2011 Tour of Honor (www.tourofhonor) is a self-guided motorcycle rally that requires you to visit seven selected Veterans Memorials in each state. This year, the states on the tour are: California, Nevada, Utah, Oklahoma, Texas, Florida and Illinois.
My loyal sidecar dog, Hercules, will be at my side for the entire trip. I’ve dedicated my effort to the memory of LCpl Colton W. Rusk, USMC K-9 handler killed in action December 12th, 2010.

In addition to photos at each Memorial, I’ll be posting screen shots of the route plan for each of the many circuits I need to complete. Most of my riding will be done on weekends originating from Santa Clara, CA. My real-time GPS track will be available on Google Latitude.
