Maybe have him try RockAuto.com. I’m not affliated with them in any way, but I can tell you they have a HUGE collection of parts in multiple warehouses for cars all the way back to the 20’s. And they have great prices, to boot. I’ve ordered several things from them for my 53 Chevy and have always been very satisfied. Very easy to use website, too.
