This 1934 Chrysler 3Dr Sedan Delivery was our first build together! My father no longer owns it…..Sad to see it go but we had a great time building it together. It started as a 1934 Chrysler 4Dr Sedan…..and as you can tell….we made a lot of changes from there. The first year out we won a NSRA Safety Rep Pick at the Richmond Nationals. That was a great weekend….we got a lot of exposure and were shot for Street Rod Builder Magazine. They published a seven page article on this One Of A Kind Ride!!!
History of this Vehicle
A friend of ours bargained to purchase this vehicle, from an old farmer, nearly 25 years ago. After about 15 years our friend received a phone call from the farmer’s wife. She explained that her husband had recently passed away and while going through his will she came across our friend’s name and number. The farmer had the price that they discussed so many years ago and she asked him if he would still be interested in the vehicle. Of coarse his answer was yes and he shortly went to pick it up. Over the next few years when my father would see him he would mention the car. When my father retired from the postal service he started to look for another project car. He remember this one and once he saw it….he knew that it was the one. He started building on it and after a while we decided I would step in and help. He took care of everything outside of Body work and Paint. That is where I stepped in…...It was a lot of fun and the fun is ongoing….. we are coming close to completing our third full custom!!!
