I remember this from one of the first vw magazines I ever bought….just talked to a guy today who put a 283 in the middle of a notch! cool stuff!

lol…yea…it’s been around awhile. I actually sold the car in 95 and bought it back 9 years later, off of Ebay…..for 5 thou less! Car has always been a blast to drive. Thanks for remembering my lil hotrod. Norm

Great to see your little hot rod again. I saw it at a show (I think it was Pomona?) years ago and I think I shot a whole roll of film on the car. very cool innovative stuff. It’s very cool all these years later I see it again. Thaks for bringing back some great memories. Long live hub garage!

Thanks for the great comments. As I mentioned above, it’s been a blast driving it. We were recently at the Mooneyes Xmas Show and Drags at Irwindale Raceway. It was fun running it down the track again. Might be showing up at the Strret Legal Drags at California Speedway in a couple of weeks. Take care…Norm

The show was a good one. I enjoyed the DJ and his music. If you send out flyers on the show, be sure and send me one. Maybe we can bring our Caddy too.
