About

This car (known as TAZ) was born a relatively docile ‘98 Z/28 but has been transformed into a super car. It has a 409 based stroker motor that produces in excess of 900 HP. The one off direct port, nitroused motor is coupled to a dual exedy clutch and a built T56 tranny, with a 9 inch Detroit Locker 4.10 rearend. TAZ can produce a 1.32 60 foot time and rumor has it that an attempt at the 200 mph standing start mile is in the near future. Electronincs include laser jamming and Alpine DVD/NAV capabilities. This car is a daily driver that was built to be virtually unbreakable although the owner certainly tries to disprove that theory.
