not sure….there is an ‘up to date’ radio in the dash just below that plate

Very nice car. 62 was a very pretty year
Mine was a 63 Newport “businessman” car, meaning 3 speed manual (floor shift), manual steering & brakes, am radio, but it did have a heater which was tossed in order to clear the Hemi’s valve cover.
