Hershey’s employed the talents of Boyd Coddington to produce a 1957 Cadillac Coupe De Ville sweepstakes car fit for the King. The car was featured as a three episode build on TLC’s hit show American Hot Rod. The show and the car were excellent marketing tools for the Hershey Company to help promote their “Live like a King” promotion and Special Edition Peanut Butter and Banana cups. The unveiling of the 1957 stunning pink icon was in downtown Manhattan. There of all places, it is hard for anything to stand out. But sure enough the Boyd Coddington Custom Elvis Reese’s Pink Cadillac dropped jaws of amazed onlookers as Boyd cruised down streets literally stopping traffic!
