We were asked to create a pickup for Vince Cucchi, we started with a cab, chassis, motor and transmission when Vince brought it to us he wanted to add fenders, running boards, hood and grille to what he already had, so we thought what can we do with this the cab was from a 47 Chevy pickup and the chassis was home made, well we decided to take Model a Ford fenders and running boards and cut, chop, and shape we then added a 32 Ford grille and fabricated a top hood, we then put it all together and what do you know we had created ‘The Chevord’
We started on this project Oct 2008 and had it completed for the May 2009 Ocean City, MD show made a great display at our booth
