Upper control arm Problem?

On the home stretch with putting her back together but ran into a problem. The Drivers front tire is not centered in the wheel well (too close to the front). I have adjusted the Strut rod and it helped some but without a way to tell if I am way off on caster I don’t want to adjust it too much (still have to get it down for alignment). After some research Some say the new replacement upper control arms don’t always have the rod centered in the bushings and can cause the wheel to set too far foreword or aft and cause castor issues. I tried to measure to see if it was not centered. If it is off it only appears to be off by maybe 1/8” at best. Not sure it that little bit could cause the wheel to be off center in the wheel well by nearly 1” ????

Thanks for the heads up. I am actually a member there and did a lot of searching on the forums there. I was planning on posting the issue there. They have helped many times during this build :)
