thannks, I just put this photo up….....I took out the flathead that was used for quarter miles and installed a 331 Chrysler, the same engine that ran in the car in 1954 when it was the Barlowe Muffler car driven by Dawson Hadley….......178.04 mph! Maybe next year I’ll get there!

Yep, sold the Khougaz car at Monterey in 2007…...it’s in a museum in Winnemucca, Nevada now…...Whitworth bought it, too bad he’s to big to drive it! I flogged it for 5222 miles!! Don and I went to Bonneville in 2008, will be back in 2009 to try to go faster in the ‘29.
