Unknown Race Car

What am I?
Need to find out what kind of race car this is? Been told it is a Midget as it is a 4cyl Toyota Hemi, however, it has a wing. So it should be a Sprint car. It raced in the 70’s in Northern California and Nevada. If you know anything about this car, please advise.
