This is my baby. I’ve had her the longest and she’s about to come home after 12 years away. Decent pics soon, this one’s NOT going to be your typical Landcruiser with a small block in it.

Cosmetics will be more about repairing and preserving the stock look, but with some subtle custom touches, a little shiney here and there, and paint that’s understated but still grabs you.

I’m also planning on updating the mechanicals. 4 wheel disc, different suspension components, a later model 4 speed floor shift instead of the 3 spd column, different ratios in the pumpkins, etc.

Powerplant will sort of be “super” stock. This truck came with a gigantic inline 6 in it and the torque was insane even though it didn’t put out a lot of horses. I want to do another I-6, but with some interesting performance adders (like a bi-turbo setup so it’s got boost all the way through the power curve) I still want to be able to take her out in the desert and have a blast, but a little more top end never hurts, right? :)
