It’s time for Denny to get new wheels…went to the dealership this afternoon…my A/C went out on the trip home Sunday…it will cost $1387 & change to fix it…now that’s just one repair…called the place where i bought the van…it will cost close to $500 to fix the problems with the remotes…that’s not all…the power door where my ramp comes out is now rattling very badly…we’re not sure how much that will cost yet…I’m waiting all the call back…whatever the price will be I can’t get it in until next Wednesday…then I’ll have to wait to get the A/C done…I should have bought a new vehicle a year ago when I brought the subject up…this is my only form of transportation…I am a Quad in a power chair & I do drive this…I was an ASE Certified Automotive Technician for many years…now I have to pay others to work on my stuff…that’s the sad part…I have the funds to fix it…life could be worse…lol :)

Sucks when you have to depend on others to do work on your ride that you know if you were physically able could do a better job for less, I had a heated aguement with my bodyman over the fitment of the front fenders on our Mach1 but because I got a deal on the price I didn’t push it too far. You’re one of the good guys Denny! Things have a way of working out.
On a side note: have you considered getting your local car club involved? Most clubs have a great habit of helping those in need and might pitch in with some labor or maybe even throw a little fund raiser together for ya! Worth a shot right? I know folks don’t like to lean on others, but hey, you could volunteer to help them out with some events too. Maybe someone on here that knows Denny personally will “take the ball and run with it”?
What ever happens, I wish you and Hemi nothing but the best of luck!!! Keep us posted!

UPDATE…...My van will be getting fixed by 2 different shops next week…in the mean time I’m trying to stay KOOL…lol…I’m headed out to the “CAR CRAFT SUMMER NATIONALS” tomorrow & maybe Saturday :-)
