I set out with a beater Kodak digital camera (cracked screen,still takes pics and downloads them ) to take some pictures of the sundogs last night when I was out plowing the “blessed” white stuff….So I took a few shots ,just kinda aiming to the sky….Never know what you got off this baby til you download them…..Ya,I know,I need a new camera,was supposed to get one for Christmas,but nevah hoppened…soooooooooo here you are,just thought i’d share .

I do not think I could have got this if I’d tried…fluke thing,unless someone has an explanation for it…try it in mechanical terms,only thing I unnerstand

maybe you don’t have them down there,what you call a rainbow happens here in the winter before it turns real cold again…..We call it a “SUNDOG”...Usually happens before sunset and when the weather is going to change radically,above zero yesterday,minus 20 this morning…radical enough,eh
