1966 Jaguar XJ13

I never gave Jag's much of a look in the past, but this thing is HOT. . .
When I ran across these pictures a few years ago I was blown away. I never thought of a Jaguar as being an exotic car, but for this being a 1966, this probably set the standard back in the day. It is my understanding that this particular car is a kit car. There was a producer here in the States and a producer somewhere in the U.K.. I believe the company here in the States is no longer in existence, what a shame! I hope you enjoy look at it like I have.

These pics are of the real deal – definitely not a copy. The original is owned by Jaguar Heritage and spends most of its time out on loan, demo runs etc … :)

It is probably one of Jaguar’s greatest car. I could not comment on how they design their car but basing on Jaguar repair questions such as the car falls apart and has frequent electrical and mechanical issues makes me not a fan.
