History of this Vehicle

This Spitfire began Regional and National SCCA racing in 1971 before becoming part of VARA in 1993. This car has raced at Riverside, Sears Point, Laguna Seca, Willow Springs, Buttonwillow, Tustin, Phoenix, Portland, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and Road Atlanta. The engine blew up in July of 2001 and went into storage at Chequered Flag Racing. I have all the racing log books.

Plans for this Vehicle

I purchased the Spitfire on May 15, 2010 to restore and race once again. I am updating it to race in VARA, HSR-West and SOVREN

Tires are:
Dry – Toyo R888 Part# 168280
Wet – Hankook Ventus Z206

Wheels are Superlights for Toyo and Diamon Spun for the Hankook.
