He forgot to mention the all important adjustment for the biflapilator valve and the angle of the freemer bar to coincide with the adjustment to compensate for the high compression hub caps.

Just remembered the most common diagnostic problem with the turbo-encapulator was the ID-10-T code as a direct result from the gasket between the turbo encapulator and the diagnostic machine.
