Really nice samples of the Cougar, one of my all time favorites but way under-appreciated. I’ve always gravitated toward the Firebird over the Camaro and the Cougar over the Mustang. I think it’s a style thing. Cool stuff.

I totally agree, I’ve been a Ford man Forever but the only ‘Stangs I’ve had have been donors. I guess the closest thing I’ve got now is the 82’ Capri (crapi), don’t get me wrong , I still love to look a a great ‘Stang but there is just so many out there.

I’ve alway’s heard people say “cougar’s shouldn’t be hotrods”.Never quite understood that thinking.You can always take something somewhere,it’s knowing where to stop.
I dig your garage.whenever I check it out,it’s like we grew up on the same street.(or Never grew up I should say)!

I grew up in a GM family,my father worked there.I’ve worked for Ford about 16 years now.So,I tend to bend that way now.But basically,I dig any of the detroit3 stuff now. It ALL reminds me of growing up.

I’m with you, I’m sworn to performance & style and I’m really loyal to none. But I will say that I do prefer the “Big 3” and especially in the golden days. I think we are blessed to have seen & lived when we did and I know alot of us really appreciate that time. It was magic! Best we can do now is try to preserve and further that influence and yes…....never grow up my friend.
