The “garage” is probably actually a horse barn—90 to 100 years old with a dirt floor, sliding barn door and one of those swing-open hatches for Old Dobbin to stick his head out of, presumably. For fabrication work I drag the saw and drill press out into the daylight, clamped to WorkMate benches. I haven’t had a car in the barn since I had the 8-3/4 rebuilt and installed it in the ‘cuda ten years ago—too worried the roof would fall in. Hasn’t yet…
