Need help on electric fans

Out on Friday nite cruise last night and my electric fan went out. I have had to replace at least a half dozen fans on this car in the last two years. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good fan? I would prefer chrome fan but at this point just a fan that will last. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

Looks sweet.
Just a suggestion: When you throw a fan in, go ahead and get two, and wire ‘em in series, and see how that’ll do. The added resistance of both of ‘em will pull less current through, and reduce the chances of fried fans. They won’t spin as fast, though, so you might wanna keep an eye on your temp gauge. And you also might wanna check out the voltage that your alternator/generator is putting out. If it’s too high (or spikes too high), then that’ll increase the amperage running through your electric and electronic components. And, more amps means more crispied parts. You could also just put an in-line self-resetting circuit breaker for your fans. That way the CB would pop before your fan got crispied, but would reset itself so you don’t lose the fan completely when it’d normally pop. Just some ideas…
