The ETHOS Mustang by Pure Vision

The ETHOS Mustang by Pure Vision

Howdy Hubsters!
Once again I have tons of good news from the Pure Vision camp! Where to begin? Well we have been waiting for our good friends at GMP die cast to release the 1/18 scale replica of our ’70 Roadrunner- Hammer, and now they have finally arrived on American soil! I have been told that they are almost sold out from pre-orders. So if you are interested in getting your hands on one better contact GMP quick. You can find it at http://www.gmpdiecast.com/products/details.cfm?ProductNumber=G1803118&category=1%3A18%20Scale%20Mopar
Thanks to Mopar Muscle Magazine and Mopar Collectors Guide for the kind reviews of the replica.
Speaking of Hammer, It is currently gracing the cover of the July ‘09 issue of Mopar Muscle Magazine. Many thanks to Editor Randy Bolig and ace photographer Randy Lorentzen! Next up is what is happening with the 515 GTB. I have been informed by our good friends at Team Killeen that book #6 featuring the 515 GTB will be coming soon. This is fantastic and we can’t wait! Meanwhile, Hot Rod Magazine had honored us with a whopping 8 pages of feature on the 515 GTB in the new July ‘09 issue. WOW! Another round of thank-yous, this time going out to Chris Campbell, Rob Kinnan, and of course Randy Lorentzen. Thanks guys!
Other cool news is that Pure Vision is now featured on Pirelli Tires website as a partner. You can find it at the following link: http://www.us.pirelli.com/web/car-suv-van/partners/purevision/default.page
This is an amazing opportunity and we are very grateful and honored to be associated with such a first class outfit in the world of motorsports!
Looking down the road we have some upcoming features to look out for. That killer ’72 Torino we screwed together a little while back will be in an upcoming issue of modified Mustangs and Fords magazine. Also, the 515 GTB will be featured in Muscle Car Power Magazine later this year.
As for current goings on in the shop, the big deal is the 1966 ETHOS Mustang project. Hot Rod took the exclusive and ran a little something on it back in their June ’09 issue (thanks again Chris!) Plans are to bring it to SEMA this year in bare metal and have it in JME Enterprises booth. If you Ford guys do not know who JME Enterprises is you should go check them out. Go to http://jmeenterprises.com/ and get your mind blown! Their stuff is downright unreal! I thought you guys would like to see the concept artwork so here it is. The master himself, Tavis Highlander, did the illustration after I chewed his ear off describing all the details. I will post some more on this car a little later.
We are currently finishing off a ’66 GTO and starting a ’68 Charger and a ’70 RoadRunner. We are also in the middle of a cool little ’66 Barracuda. Well, at least we are not bored!
Thanks for reading everyone and we will see you at a show soon.
-Steve
