While being a long ways off, I have decided to replace my 200ci inline 6 with a 302. Just need more power when she gets back on the road again.

with that thought in mind, am thinking I might go ahead and pull the power train. Will serve the dual purpose of making it easier to detail the engine bay with a temporary epoxy coating (until the real paint job takes place) while also prepping the vehicle for the 6 to V8 conversion…

Anyway, that will be the last part of my restoration. After it comes back from paint I’ll start on the conversion. Maybe this will happen before 2020 :)

In the meantiime, if any of you know someone with a 302 they are looking to get rid of send em my way.
